Yesenia is an Administrative Support Staff from our CBHC program in Westfield. She started at BHN while looking for a job opportunity that would allow her to grow professionally and as a mother. She has felt welcomed by her coworkers here.

Yesenia says that the most rewarding part of her work is being able to help others and make a difference in people's days, even in small ways. "As a mother, I value kindness and support, and I try to bring that into my work every day. I also truly appreciate the relationship I've built with my team” she shared.

I would encourage others to consider administrative roles because they provide stability, growth, and purpose. Especially for those who are working hard to build a better future for their families, it's a role where you can grow, support others, and feel proud of what you do every day.
