Our Work Is Rewarding

BHN provides programming primarily to individuals and families in the areas of mental health, addiction and physical/intellectual disabilities. This can be challenging work, but, as our team members frequently tell us, it is among the most rewarding work one can engage in.

At BHN, we are committed to attracting and retaining a workforce of dedicated, passionate, and well-qualified individuals. We employ over 2,600 individuals working in a compassionate and team-oriented environment that serves 45,000 individuals annually.
