"I'm a person in recovery, working and serving in the community I grew up in. I have a passion for helping kids develop character through coaching sports and instilling values through hard work and self-belief."
For Randy, helping others is more than a career. It's a calling rooted in his own recovery journey and his commitment to the community he calls home.
As a Recovery Coach Supervisor with BHN Peer Support Services, Randy draws on his lived experience to inspire hope, build confidence, and support individuals as they work toward their goals. He is also a trusted mentor, helping recovery coaches develop their skills and grow in their roles.
