Due to continued growth and expanding managerial needs, Behavioral Health Network is seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to join our leadership team!

Become a part of our team of competent and compassionate professionals as the Senior Program Manager of the Integration program at Behavioral Health Network! The Senior Program Manager leads and manages within BHN’s expanding Integration program, specifically overseeing BHN’s Behavioral Health and Long Term Services/Supports Community Partner programs, ensuring high-quality services by meeting the performance specifications of our funding sources and increasing the satisfaction of individuals served. The Senior Program Manager uses population health strategies to inform their decisions to maintain successful implementation of care and services. They work closely with Accountable Care Organization and healthcare partners to assure high-quality services are delivered to shared members. They also manage the performance of all staff in their program by providing supervision to Program Directors and other supervisors within the program.

Additionally, the Senior Program Manager develops, implements, and monitors administrative policies, procedures, and annual budget and uses these to create new programs and revenue sources. They establish and maintain positive, collaborative working relationships with other BHN programs as well as community partners. Finally, the Senior Program Manager helps ensure that programs are adequately staffed and appropriately trained in BHN’s Code of Conduct as well as other relevant policies and procedures.

The Integration program is an innovative model of care, working directly with primary care and pediatric providers to address the whole health needs of the families and individuals in our culturally diverse community.  Our staff includes psychologists, social workers, counselors, recovery coaches and care coordinators. The Integrated Care program is person-centered, evidence-based, and focused on collaborative goal setting to address unmet medical, behavioral mental and social needs.

Job Requirements

The Senior Program Manager at BHN has the following qualities:

  • Working knowledge of the principles of general management, and fiscal management, specifically.
  • Demonstrated success in collaboration and integration efforts in partnership with external community entities.
  • Demonstrated experience with collecting and organizing data from various sources to inform client care and service delivery.
  • At least five years supervisory experience in a related field (Business Administration, Public Health, Social Work, Psychology) (required).
  • Master’s Degree in a related field (Business Administration, Public Health, Social Work, Psychology) (required).
