Become a part of our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Residential Supervisor in the Residential program at Behavioral Health Network’s location in Ludlow, MA! In this position, the Residential Supervisor oversees the quality of clinical and direct support services provided to individuals and ensures that they are engaged in goal development and accomplishment. They are also involved in hiring and training staff to provide direct support in BHN programs and homes. This position oversees the maintenance of the program and facility and manages relations with stakeholders in the program. Finally, they supervise the upkeep of the programs’ regulations, policies and procedures, budget, and contractual obligations.

In this position, you will enhance the quality of the lives of the people BHN serves by ensuring their health and safety and helping them to enjoy their leisure time at home and in the community.  You will learn important skills to advance your career.  BHN offers the opportunity to learn supervisory, program management, and financial skills.

In the Developmental Services program at BHN, we provide 24-hour staffed residential services, community day support, individual and family support services, a social club, and an advocacy program. BHN values the individuals we serve in shared living and small group homes. Each person we serve is part of a team that includes family, BHN staff, and other providers who work together to assess the individual’s needs and goals and then create and maintain a plan reflecting strengths, capabilities and desires.

Job Requirements

Residential Supervisors at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in human services for people with disabilities (required).
  • Supervisory experience (preferred).
  • Minimum of Associates Degree (required). BA/BS (preferred).
  • Valid driver’s license and a reliable car available for work (required).
