Become a part of our team of competent, caring, and supportive professionals as an Early Childhood Clinician at Behavioral Health Network! BHN is hiring Early Childhood Clinicians to provide mental health screening and consultation in our Berkshire County program for children under the age of 8 who have been referred through the Department of Early Education and Care Mental Health Consultation grant program. Early Childhood Clinicians conduct assessments with the parent and provider, as well as conduct teacher interviews and classroom observations. The Early Childhood Clinician works with teacher/director and parent to develop a plan for social, emotional, behavioral support for the child at home, school and community. In addition, Early Childhood Clinicians facilitate referrals to other appropriate programs/service providers in Berkshire County.

The Early Childhood Clinician at Behavioral Health Network has the following qualities:
- Bachelor's Degree (required); Master's Degree in relevant mental health field (preferred).
- Experience and interest in working with the early childhood population, including children, parents and providers.
- Interest in community outreach and working with complex systems.
- Knowledge of Berkshire County systems and services.
