Clinical Supervisors provide the preliminary screenings, Comprehensive Assessments, and Individual Action Plans for the DMH referrals. They work closely with the program staff to establish and maintain an environment that supports recovery, skill building, and greater independence for the people served by this program. The Clinical Supervisors also provides individual and group treatment to the residents as well as support, consultation, and training to the program staff. They oversee some case management and receive regular clinical supervision. The Clinical Supervisor position is best suited for a clinician who is versatile, enjoys utilizing diverse skills, and thrives within a team structure.
