Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as the Assistant Program Director in our Support Services program at Behavioral Health Network! The Assistant Program Director supervises Case Managers and direct care staff, providing them with regular support, guidance, evaluation, and direction. The Assistant Program Director ensures services are based on contract requirements by supervising staff, caseloads, documentation reviews, and other administrative tasks.
Also, the Assistant Program Director is ideally a kind, flexible, and organized team leader who has a passion to support the learning and growth of people with developmental disabilities. Overall, they provide direct and indirect services to support and maintain the overall health, housing, benefits, community integration, relationships, and employment opportunities for individuals served.
In the Support Services program at BHN, we provide support services to adults with developmental disabilities. Our supports include day/employment supports, individual and family support services, a social club, and an advocacy program. Each person we serve is part of a team that includes family, BHN staff, and other providers who work together to assess the individual’s needs and goals and then create and maintain a plan reflecting strengths, capabilities and desires.

The Assistant Program Director at Behavioral Health Network has the following qualities:
- Commitment to supporting the human rights, empowerment and growth of consumers (required).
- Bachelor’s in related field (preferred).
- At least two years of experience in human services (required).
- Candidate with supervisory experience (preferred).
- Familiarity with the internet, word processing and email (required).
